Out of State Move - Moving Review

This company should be renamed 'Complexity Movers' -company of choice for a disastrous move! Thorough unprofessionals, who deserve to be kicked out of business. Recently moved from New Jersey to Michigan constantly struggling. our furniture was picked up a week late with a lame excuse that they had wrongly assessed the load!! Stuff arrived after incessant phone calls trying to track our luggage. There is no one to offer any explanation or answer phone calls. The dispatcher chief, Mr. Avi, SUCKS!!!!!! He will answer your call as per his own fancy wishes. The lady on the front desk is an absolute JERK and horribly RUDE!!! Ultimately, their reality was exposed to us by the second party who was subcontracted by this company to deliver our stuff. We were forced to stay in hotel for 3 weeks in a state of uncertainty and distress. Our new furniture arrived with multiple scratches; the armoire glass was broken, and we are so fed up with them that chose not to even put our claim! Have no time and energy to waste over such an absolute bunch of unprofessionals. MY SINCERE ADVICE- STAY AWAY FROM SIMPLICITY MOVERS!
