Out sourced and unhappy! - Moving Review

After paying my deposit to Neighbors, I got a call from a different company (Father and Sons) confirming for a different day from the one that I had reserved. I had no choice but to accept and leave a day later for my 1300 mile move from New York to Miami. I was assured that the mover would arrive early that day (a day after I had scheduled). Early that morning I received a call that the truck would be arriving that evening ( I was to leave that morning). I cancelled the service due to the truck not coming on the day that I reserved. I am now fighting for the return of my $650 deposit. Neighbors is saying that I did not follow cancellation policy. I have filed a claim with my bank and may still not receive the return credit. I may have to file in small claims court.
