This company notified me at last minute that they changed their process and needed a significant deposit or the packers would not show up. The packers did a poor job separating and packing items and even broke some during the pack. After finally getting the truck delivered, they were in a hurry to get done, did not provide a checklist. We found missing and damaged items during unpacking. It took approximately 7 months to get a partial payment for some of the items. They played the game of their determined value even though we had paid for 100% replacement insurance. We have utilized over 15 different carries throughout our life and this company by far was the worst one yet. Do not use.
