I want to be very clear about this. Please learn from our painful experience and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I will explain why.

We moved from Colorado Springs to Dallas and were quoted that our furniture will be delivered within 1 week. Okay, sounds good. Well, it has been 7 WEEKS LATER and countless phone calls to their Dispatch and their reps, and they still DID NOT deliver our furniture. It is sitting in Denver in storage for some reason according to the company. One thing they will NOT tell you upfront is there is a hidden clause in the contract that allows them to have 30 days to deliver your furniture (excluding weekends), which means they'll milk it to 6-7 weeks of wait time for you before they deliver anything. Well, after 7 weeks of sitting in the empty house and sleeping on Wal-Mart's air mattresses, we finally are suing the company for theft of our furniture.

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER do business with them!! I'm absolutely appalled at how they treated us!!
