poor moving experience - Moving Review

Please don't utilize this moving company the sales office is staffed with liars and cheats that will tell you anything necessary to ensure that you will sign the contract. Despite multiple conversations to ensure what I was signing was what we talked about, the minute I signed the contract the entire contract changed. After being promised that added charges where included and already paid for the movers showed up to inform me that the sales office had no idea what they were talking about and that I would then have multiple additional charges. The company never informed me when the movers would show up so when they showed up at 10 pm on a Saturday night, and informed me I would have to pay a small fortunate for them to move anything I was then stuck with the challenge of finding people to help me move at 11 pm to avoid the outlandish charges. After calling the dispatch manager I was hung up on in an extremely childish manner, keeping in suit with my experience thus far with the company. After the move I tried calling to file complaints and tried contacting the sales associate Jefferson Arce that I had originally worked with. I was basically told I signed the contract so it doesn't matter what I was told. If you decide to not believe this and go with the company you will see how vague the "contract" is and how they can spew there lies and bend it so that there are no repercussions. Good luck should you ever have an issue, prior to the move I left well over 30 messages on the voicemail with never a call back and an inability to reach everyone because of their obvious call screening with caller ID. Finally I had a somewhat intellectual conversation with the customer service representative Melissa and she said she had to check with her manager and she would call me back. After a week I receive an email, not even the courtesy of a phone call telling me I signed a contract so they refuse to do anything. No one would like to address the lies that were told to me despite my multiple conversations with Jeffeson that assured me that what was on the contract did not depict what I was receiving. Since my email from the customer service department I have called daily and emailed at least 10 times to try and get a response to my additional questions with no response. This company has no respect for there customers, and trust me you can find multiple accredited well respect companies that may have a higher rate at the start, but trust me will be significantly cheaper in the long run. I f you don't believe me check the BBB about this company it is full of complaints. If you do decide to speak with this company because you do not believe me please at least expect these comments in hopes that you will realize the deceit. When you speak with them ask them why there are so many complaints about the company and that it makes you very leery about highering them(as I did) and they will tell you " unfortunately ayone can post anything on the internet, and that is just our competitors trying to bash our good name because we are one of the best moving companies." As soon as you hear this excuse please realize that you are being lied to and that this company is up to no good.
