Poor Service - Moving Review

I also experienced some of the things the first rater did. I was given an estimate via e-mail(which I thought looked a little low). I requested that someone come out to my home to look at my household goods and was told it was not necessary and that I only needed to fill out the inventory listing on line. After the movers packed everything and loaded the truck, the price changed (almost triple). I was told that I had a lot more that the inventory that submitted. I actually go rid of some of the things that were on the inventory. My household items have now been delivered, however, some items are missing. I keep calling this company to resolve this issue, but they keep giving me the run around. I don't plan to move again, but I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

The customer did submit an inventory list, but when we arrived at the home, she apparently left off a lot of items on the inventory list. She left off a lot of furniture items and also did not give us an accurate count of how many boxes she had. The boxes alone amounted to more than 3 times the original amount she listed. The items she took off the list were minimal and were actually very light. One such item was a wicker table with chairs. All of the items that were on the original inventory list were delivered to her. She actually signed off to that effect, and we have all the proper paper work and documentation.
