Poor Service and unprofession staff - Moving Review

Josh (person who estimated the job at my apartment) profession at that time explain and answer my question regarding the process.REMEMBER THEY WANT THE BUSINESS SO VERY KIND.
The day of the move the 3 mover were
12 minutes late. The contract stated the items will be wrapped to prevent damages (leather chairs, bookcase with glass front,etc). Once the mover started to move they did not wrap chairs or bookcase as stated. With the policy stating .30 cent per pound for damage item. I stated to the movers I was told that the items would be wrapped. One of the mover stated I know my job and did not wrap the items. I called the company re: issue, they spoke to the foreman, he came to me and say "WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM, O YOU ARE JUST PATRONOID. Then they were handling my things with one hand. The workers were very unprofession and they smoked cigarette in the truck with my thing while working. (I recorded they smoking in the truck) And laughing at me like it was a joke. Once the move to second location and finish, I checked my items before sign the contract for completion. I found boxspring wood base cracked in half and scratchs on my leather sofa. Called Josh and explain the finding, he stated he with replace the boxspring and have his worker take a picture of it. This was 6/24/11( friday). I waited until Wednesday to contact him to see what happened. Josh stated he will call in a couple of days. 7/11/11 I have not heard from him since MY Call to him. I would not recommend this company to any one. And if you pick this company,be careful of the hidden fee once they reach the second location. They charge you for feet from truck to door of building. Worst experience in moving.
