Dear Andy,

I am the owner of Best Choice Moving & Storage in Vancouver BC Canada. There are a few companies called the same name. After I read your story, I don't think our company did your job. Please confirm. If you get the wrong company, please kindly delete it and start a new review with the right moving company information and thanks a lot for doing that. If we really did your job, please contact me with all your moving information and your contact information, I will resolve your problem for sure.

By the way, we only have one office which is in BC Canada so far.

Looks like you moved from USA to USA. But our service is not including moving from USA to USA.

Also we have no driver named Richard so far. And we have nobody called Gary Acosta.
