DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A RIP OFF, HIDDEN CHARGES, BOXES AND NEW FUEL CHARGES DUE TO WHAT THEY SAY IS MORE CUBIC FEET THAN ESTIMATED. AS SOON AS WE ASKED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT THEY TOOK THE DEPOSIT FROM THE CREDIT CARD (WE HAVE SINCE CANCELLED). THEY REFUSED TO DOWNLOAD OUR HOUSEHOLD GOODS FROM THE TRUCK TELLING MY WIFE IT WAS ILLEGAL AND WE HAD A CONTRACT. THEY RAISED THE COST FROM 2325.00 TO OVER 4600 DOLLARS IN 4 HOURS. I AM IN AFGHANISTAN SERVING MY COUNTRY AND WILL COME HOME TO AN EMPTY APARTMENT IN TENNESSEE.
