RIP OFF! DO NOT USE!! - Moving Review

I called this company after I saw an add on craigslist promising one free hour with booking. When I called, I was assured I would get the free hour and that there were no hidden costs.
On moving day, the movers informed me they couldn't move my 42" TV unless they packed it (which involved taping a cardboard box to the front), and that they couldn't move my side tables without packing them (which was an additional $10 each). They also told me their van was extreemely dirty and my couch, chairs and mattresses would get very dirty unless they wrapped them (for a big additional fee). I ended up letting them wrap my couch, because its white, and covered everything else with sheets.
Also, the movers had never heard of the free hour deal I got on craigslist and insisted I paid the full amount before getting my furniture. The office was closed, since it was sunday, so there was no way to get a hold of the person that promied me the discount. The movers were courteous enough and were careful with my things, but I ended up paying twice what I expected to. Here is a list of my extra costs:

"packing" the tv - $35
"packing" side tables - $20
wrapping the couch - $15
Three rolls of tape - $10
Extra hour (that was supposed to be free) -$65

That's an extra $145 that I had to pay to make sure the movers did their job and gave me my furniture. I called the company the next day and was promised a refund of $65, to make up for the free hour. That was 5 days ago. I'm calling again today, and if I don't get that money by next week I will take up the matters with my bank and whatever authorities I can.

The movers in this company are fine, but the company itself is dishonest and inflates prices even after promising "no hidden costs". Stay away!
