Rockland Movers (M &M Movers) (All USA Van Lines) has taken over a month to deliver! - Moving Review

I hired Rockland Movers (aka M & M Movers) after researching companies on the internet. I didn't really find anything negative. I spoke with my salesman, Alex, many times asking questions regarding his company. He never mentioned "3rd parties". Once Rockland picked up my furniture, I learned that it is actually sent to a warehouse owned by All USA Van Lines. These people have had my furniture for over a month now and refuse to deliver it. They set up deliveries according to destinations, if your furniture is not heading in the direction of one of their trucks, they will just hold it in some warehouse. I have sent emails, I've called (no one EVER answers the phone or return phone calls). I'm basically been told to "just wait it'll get there eventually." In the mean time, I'm sleeping on the floor, eating out of paper products and sitting in a lawn chair. I would advise anyone moving to NOT use thses people, just pay a few bucks more for a more reliable company.

Very disappointed and very concerned that I've paid for someone to STEAL my furntiure.
