What an awful experience. This company took apart all of my baby items which should never be done! but even worse, they lost the hardware to our crib (has to order it from the crib company - $80), broke our changing table and damaged our $200 high chair. As well as damaged boxes, damaged crib sides, damaged couch legs, very expensive leather donut seat had tape placed directly on it!!! are you kidding me?! Do you yourself a favor and go with ANYONE else instead of this company. Oh, and I still have yet to receive a cent for any of the damage. We had to end up disputing with our c.c. company. Awful.
