Used this company to move from Seattle to Atlanta on Dec 23, 2009. They are STILL holding my house hold good "hostage" even after I engaged AMSA and the FMCSA. Agreed to .48 per pound. Two days after packing, they called to say I had 20,000 pounds. I knew that was not right because I hired a company to move the same stuff 3 years ago. They REFUSED to reweigh or negotiate. Driver provided "no" documents whatsoever. After I hired an attorney to get the documents, I saw they had "forged" my wife's signature on several documents. These guys know how much $$$$ they want to make before they ever show up. They are SCAMMERs and have operated from the same general location under 7 other names for years. They know how weak the laws are in the moving industry and are expert at exploiting them. Even the FMCSA investigator advised me to pay the ransom if I want to see my goods again.
AVOID this criminal enterprise. Google them and check out their background for yourself. I wish I had.
