The movers are 1 week late per my initial conversation with Thomas. Now it looks like they are not calling me and my wife back at all. Our nephew passed away and we are moving his belongings down to CA. we really did not need this horrible service/no service... We are paying over 2.00 a mile (premium). I am in the freight business and if I treated my customers like this, I would not be in business.
