customer service on weekend lost first quote. when i called back was quoted higher price. new customer service did end up honoring first price. original move window was 1-5. after first quote lost the window was changed 12-5. movers showed up at 10:30. was not told by anyone that only closed taped boxes would be moved. then they wanted to sell me boxes to put everything in and sign a maximum $1500. for the move of less than two rooms and less than 10 miles.
