4 out of 5 pieces of a solid mahogany bedroom set were dented and scratched. An expensive floor lamp was stolen. My hardwood floors were scratched and my walls were dinged. He apologized profusely and promised to refund me right away and I've been chasing him down for several months now and have not been paid. Turns out that he was previously busted by the state for doing business without a license.
