Slow movers!!!! - Moving Review

This is an HONEST review. I wasn't paid $10 to post this. I'm not happy with this moving company. The movers dragged out the move for 8 hours and only moved half my house. I had to go to Chris twice to ask him what was taking so long. Each time he was in the truck talking on the phone without a care in the world. He would quietly say something to them. Then when he stepped out the room to where I could hear him, he would start saying move faster etc. At one point one of the guys was chilling in a chair while the other one was taking down a bed. He could have been doing something more productive! Chris knew I was upset so he told my son he would take off $40. Really? I said $80 which still didn't make up for the lost time. After 8 hours he wanted to charge me an additional $457 and leave without moving the rest of my house. I paid a $200 deposit when they first arrived. My baby's crib, changing table, kitchen table, sofa, loveseat, chair, sectional, lamp, big armoire, bed rails, and other misc items where still at the old house. I called my brother to get to the bottom of this. He called his wife to talk to me. We didn't come to an agreement about fininshing the job so they never came back. They left the parts to the screen door off at the old and new house, saran wrap was in the yard at the old house, my outdoor bench was left in the yard and not by the door where they found it. NOTHING was put back together at the new house. The dining room table was left upside down and none of the legs were attached. NONE of the beds were put together. They left heavy items in the garage that were supposed to be moved inside. According to them it took so long because I have heavy furniture. Chris did a walk thru prior to starting. He never mentioned it would take longer than normal and that the heavy furniture would be an issue. I was moving from a 2 bedroom condo. It should never take 8 hours to move half a house. I made THREE trips with stuff packed in my own car. This company is unprofessional!! The only good thing was that they didn't damage any of my furniture. P.S. only one pic would post but that is only half the stuff left in the garage.
