SOUTH TRANSPORT DISHONEST HORRIBLE COMPANY - Moving Review

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the dughter of the real owner Camilla, she is very rude, uncaring and actually even admitted to this saying ' I don't care about NOBODY'.   I learned Camilla is the daughter of the real owner who actually does not speak any english, so 'lovely' Camilla does all the customer service with the English speaking customers.   I was quoted one price, when the items got to the location in damaged condition by the way, i was then forced to pay an extra $500 and when I called the company to understand this that is when I received the wrath of Camilla.  I also attempted to let her know my expensive $700 lamp was broken as well as some porcelain antique dishes.  Naturally since the employees are working over 16 hours and exhausted and not receiving any tips due to the poor customer service and dishonest price quotes.   The owner has the drivers working many hours over the legal limit to maximize his earnings and if they complain they are fired and he makes up false expenses which he then takes out of their paychecks.  Generally after working one or two weeks with this company the drivers quit so there is a constant revolving door with the employees.  The owner puts the employees drivers liscenses at risk as well as other motorists on the road at risk by forcing the drivers to work 16 or more hours per day and then refusing to pay the expenses of the hotel so the employees have to then sleep inside the truck which is against the law.  Naturally if they complain they are fired.  Since the customer service is so poor, the employees rarely receive any tips.   PLEASE BE WARNED !!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE MANY VIOLATIONS AND HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB.  AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!
