My move was from NC to NJ and the delivery was not as smooth as I thought. Need a lot of followup and patience to hold.

Though my move had a few damages, my main concern was that the unnecessary pressure they create during pickup and delivery both.
Also I got a spoiled invoice which is no way readable and hence cannot be submitted to claim the expenses. When I tried reaching them to issue me a new invoice, i had a tough time and still having a touch time in simply getting an invoice for which i have already paid in full.
