Not only are they rude and unprofessional, they lie about quotes and they returned my boxed items with roaches in them. I have a new born, i was appalled. After contacting them about the roaches, they said there was nothing they could do, and to leave a message in their complaint department. Oh by the way, they never showed up on the day of my delivery, i drove all the way from LA to Sacamento in the middle of the night so i could make the date they gave me, but they never showed up and couldn't even give a courtesy call to let me know they weren't coming. Also, Lydia, the dispatch girl - very rude. Do not deal with her if you can avoid it. I'm in the middle of a lawsuit with them. STAY AWAY
