After arriving 3 hrs late, Simply Moving told me my charge was going to be $3,505. I argued with them how this was much higher than the estimate ($1,485), but had little choice since another family was moving into the house we lived in. Simply Moving then randomly charged my credit card $315 for what I have no idea. Plus my $180 deposit was never subtracted. The bottom line is that they will give you a low cost quote and then come up with some type of charges to up the price on moving day. It could be stairs, packing materials, complaints about the way you packed, etc. Stay far, far away from this dishonest man, Tom McJilton. Many others have had the same issues...
