I moved from Tampa to Phoenix. This is the worst experience of my life ever. My items were picked up 2 days late, then Items were taken that i did not auth and had to call to tell them it better be there when my items get to az. well it was, but still 1 of my boxes are still missing and all my furniture is scratched up, broken, cracked or mishandled. Pay the extra cost to have your items handled like you would handle them yourself. These brokers take your money and do nothing to deserve that money. I cannot believe that this kind of operation is allowed to stay in business. This experience was an absolute disappointment. Budget van lines brokered me out Statewide relocation. I was told my stuff will get there when it gets there, they have more important and urgent customers. Wow! Pay of $2500 to be moved with peace of mind
