Terrible - Moving Review

Don't even bother with this company.  Carri gave me the lowest quote and it was a few hundred dollara than any of the other companies.  I asked her why they were much lower and if there were any fees that would be added later.  She assured me that there were no extra fees unless you chose to have the movers do extra stuff.  The quote was 1200 and I ended up paying 1900. The packers charged me for all sorts of stuff I hadn't asked for and they never mentioned until the truck was completely loaded.  Also, the estimate of square footage was WAY off - and they didn't even take all of the items I had listed for the estimate.   One salesperson, I think Sam, was very polite and helpful.  Carri - who I think happens to be the manager - is rude and condesending.  I was told my stuff would get to me within 7-10 days.  They were a week late.  The movers didn't tell me that I had to pay in cash when they came to unload and who has that much cash laying around.  The movers also didn't give me the call when they were one hour away like the said.    Some of my stuff, like a brand new baby changing table, was damaged.   Dont' use this company.  If they seem cheaper when they give you an estimate it is just to get your business.  Their customer service is so terrible.  Moving is stresfful enough, don't let them make it worse!
