TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE COMPANY - Moving Review

The company reps are very rude...For delivery there was only one guy to unload...He said he had trouble finding additional labor to help him; he refused to unload our stuff until we paid him upfront first....Since he was the only one to unload it took him nearly 2 hours to unload the contents equivalent to a One Bedroom effieciency...He was also two hours late for the delivery, espeically when we were told that it would be between 7 am -11am...Our furniture was mixed in with other furniture from other jobs that he also had to deliver...The moving vehicle was not conducive to moving furniture and his vehicle scarred the pavement of my driveway...I cannot say anything bad about the driver, But USA Relocation INC., is the WORSE, PISS POOREST EXCUSE for a moving company...I hope no one else has to experience the AWFUL, DREADFUL, TERRIBLE customer service and moving experience that we encounter with this HORRIBLE company...They should no longer be able to be in business..
