Terrible & Must be eviscerated from the business world. - Moving Review

Do not even think about approaching this sad excuse of a moving company.
All Star Movers is terrible at communication, dishonest, and most certainly incompetent.
First, they miss the original agreed upon moving date (at the last minute the "truck was delayed"), and wasted my entire weekend. They apologised, and promised to be there next weekend.
For the next weekend, I checked in with them by phone multiple times to confirm the time and date. (Also a hassle with voicemail and incredibly slow response) Confirmed ready for pickup on Saturday at 3pm. Took the bus down Friday night.
Saturday 1pm. They say the truck is on the way and will call me soon.
3pm. No truck. No call.
6pm. Contant voicemail. No email replies. Still no truck. Disbelief.
7pm. Reflecting upon poor life choices. Drinking from the cup of regret.
Moving to NYC *had* to be done that weekend, so I last-minute U-haul craigslist muscled on Sunday to get back into the city for work on Monday.
Had delays with the craigs-list workers. Drove 7 hours. Sleep deprivation. Entered the city at 5am. U-hauls do not mix well with Manhattan. Delays getting unloading help. Missed a day of work. 2 Parking tickets for the U-haul.
Icing on the cake: Allstar took forever to refund my ~$540 deposit, (about 3 weeks) which put further pressure on funding my *actual* relocation costs.
Conclusion: If you are interested in lots of grief and a diminished hope for the human race, feel free to give them a call. 
Otherwise, PLEASE let their "business" die swiftly.
