I selected Universe Express for a 42 mile move within NJ. They arrive, start the clock and spend 30 mins making you sign paperwork. In the meanwhile the other movers take their sweet time moving belongings, and the speed (or lack of it), is probably coordinated via texts between the lead guy and movers. My experience has been that they take a lot of time and basically hold you hostage since your belongings are in the truck. In addition watch out for surprises like mileage, fuel taxes, crating..etc! Just ridiculous and I'm looking into filing a complaint with the BBB. I believe these guys were previously known as Enterprise Relocation. I was quoted $300 and ended up paying $700.
