terrible company! Run the other direction! - Moving Review

These movers were awful. They damaged my things and took 9 days to get my stuff to me; when it was arranged for it to take only 5. They were dishonest, upped my price almost 600 dollars and were just terrible in general. I spoke to the same man at the company every time I called and got no straight answer out of him. He would not connect me to anyone else and said he was one of the "managers". his customer service was terrible and he hung up on me several times. I was just trying to get a drop off date for my stuff because they were 4 days late. They broke an entire set of my wine glasses and when I asked them to reimburse me they said it was not their fault because they did not pack the boxes.I packed them and labeled them all fragile and when they were dropped off the fragile boxes were all crushed and at the bottom of a stack of 5 boxes! They were just terrible overall and I warn you against using this company. Don't let their low quote lure you in. They will just increase it later!
