My move was scheduled for Monday 1/10. I got a phone call on Friday 1/7 from the movers saying they were coming the next morning. When I spoke with Jennifer at Nationwide on Saturday morning, she assured me that I was scheduled for Monday 1/10 and the move would happen then. I never heard anything from them until I called Monday morning wondering where the movers were. I spoke with Sarah, Crystal, and finally Amber the manager. They could not give me an explanation as to why the movers were not there and strung me along all day, saying that the move was still scheduled for that day. After too many phone calls to count (I had to keep calling, as they never once called me back), they finally confirmed the move for Wednesday 1/12. I called Amber and the mover, Jose Cortez with Expedient Moving, to confirm on Tuesday, but on Wednesday, no one showed up. Amber again had no explanation and was incompetent and did not even attempt to resolve the problem. I got a call Thursday morning 1/13 from the movers saying they could be there in an hour, so I left work to meet them. When they got there, the movers refused to abide by the moving contract and wanted to charge extra for packing materials, which were included in the printed contract with Nationwide. The movers harassed me and one pushed me. When they refused to speak with me or give me a business card or any other sort of identification, they left.
