The still have some goods in their warehouse after a month - Moving Review

Their Guaranteed Delivery Date is useless! It was 9 days vs the 4 days.
It was $1800 over the Budget quote as well.

They removed the goods from the packing truck and reloaded into two other trucks for the move to the destination. Not all my items were placed onto the new trucks.
I have called them over 10 times in the last month with NO response and have left them messages to return my call.

The driver named Richard is the only contact that I have received, which has quit working for them. He told me that my missing extension ladder was being used in their Warehouse in Chatsworth CA.
I have asked them in phone messages to return it to me on their next trip to Washington without any confirmation.

On the Piano they broke off the cast brass pedals and I cannot get anyone to respond to a Claim by leaving messages on the Customer Service number. Beside broken China and other damage items the Move was very abusive to the goods that they were responsible for in the relocation.

OVERALL a BAD EXPERIENCE.

I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THEM TO ANYONE!!!
