The Worst Moving Company Ever!!!! - Moving Review

This was the worst moving company ever. I scheduled Unlimited to move the equivalent of a 1bedroom apartment from Orlando, Florida to Sterling, VA. At first the customer service was really good as I was scheduling the pickup date. After the pickup date everything turned into a mess. I had to constantly call the company to confirm when they would be delievering my furniture. I had a first deliver date of July 1st and my furniture was not delivered until July 9th. When I contacted the office to get a status on my deliver the representative was very confused and could not provide me any information. I called daily to get a status and was continuely told the wrong deliver date and they kept changing my deliver date. When they were ready  to deliver my furnture they did not give me 24hr notice they called me a few hours before they could bring my items. We confirmed a time of 6:00pm, and the drivers arrived an hour and a half late then the scheduled time. It was a week day when I had to go to work and it took them from 7:30pm to 10:00pm to unload all my items. The driver was very rude and unprofessional. They were unloading items that were not mine and bringing them into my apartment. He  also used my restuarant without asking and when I confronted him he became very defensive and rude. Also, when they delievered my mattress it was damaged and the the driver did not let me know it was damaged before he left. Also, because it was so late they could not find one of my boxes which had my printer and the glass in my picture was broken. When I contacted the company to get reimbursement for my mattress and printer they only offered me $200-$300 to replace a $600 mattress and $400 printer. After I filed a complaint with the BBB the owner told me they could not work with me to reimburse me for the damages and told me the only recourse I had was to file a claim. This was the first moving company I ever used and the worst experience I had doing business with a company. I would take any complimentary review about this company with a grain of salt because I seriously question its validity.
