Our apartment will move in on Aug 18th in CA, so my husband told BR movers that they could deliver stuff earlier around Aug 10th, because we were afraid they would be late. Last week, we called them, they said they would arrive on Aug 18th, let us no worry. Today, it's Aug 15th. We called them again to confirm the goods have delivered from DC, and you know what!!!! They told us that our stuff will deliver on Aug 18th from DC, still need 10 to 14 business days to arrive CA, WHATTTTT??? I cannot believe they didn't care about their customers,they are dishonest, they always screw me up,THE WORST SERVICE. I NEVER choose them again!
