They flat out lied about the quote, saying it would only be 1600.00 to move my mother from CA to ID. They then charged 6500.00 and basically held her things ransom. They then tried to say that I gave them bad information about how much was involved even though they questioned me on what was to be moved. I answered every question they asked honestly. I made the mistake of trusting that they would ask the right questions and be honest themselves. What a crock! These is the most dishonest, unethical company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We also cannot find some of my Mom's jewelry. Based on what I have seen of the company, they probably STOLE IT.
