AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! Sales people are pushy and don't know how to take "no" for an answer. I had to tell the guy 3 times!!! They use an automated dialing system to call and make sure you answer before they actually call you. The reason why I know this is because the same guys voice stated the same dialog to me using the same pauses and tones twice in a 2 day period. After I told them the first time I am not interested they call me back. The dialog starts off with the reps voice repeating "hello....hello" several times and then asking if I can hear them. I am sitting there talking to this machine thinking it's a real person (how frustrating is that?) Then he states something must be wrong with their phone system and tells me he will have to call me back. Only then, after wasting my time on the phone and pissing me off with this stupid trickery, does a live person actually call you. How pathetic! I have been in the customer support business for 14 years and this screams at how much they DO NOT respect their customer's time. How about you just pick up the phone and actually try to call us like you care! On top of this I check out their BBB rating and it is a C-. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
