I was lead to believe by their rating with the BBB and by Jim that they were the best. So I secured my day with a deposit. I needed my stuff to be picked up the morning of sun sept 26. Friday the 24 they beg me to come sat morning the 25. It was very inconvient for me to do this cause I had to work at 10am but they promised to be there 7:30am. I was there nobody called or came cause the driver over slept! so now we are on again for Sunday 7:30 am. Johnathan calls me 6:30 am the cause the truck broke down. I told him that he had my head over a barrel. I was planning to be in Texas in two days and my time was limited. He told me I don't understand how hard of a move this was!!!!! wow aren't they "Professionals?" so I canceled and found people to come that day.

AFTER REVIEWING THE MOVE, WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TRUCK WHEN WE WENT TO HER LOCATION. THIS DOES HAPPEN, VERY RARELY, SO WE HAD TO REDIRECT ANOTHER TRUCK TO HER AT AN EARLIER DATE. SHE WAS NOT FLEXIBLE FOR THIS. WE ALWAYS ASK THAT CUSTOMERS KEEP 2 DATES BACK TO BACK FOR THEIR PICK UP . SHE APPARENTLY DID NOT HEED OUR ADVICE AND ONLY KEPT THAT ONE DAY FOR HER PICK UP. SHE WAS REFUNDED HER DEPOSIT MONEY ($300) IMMEDIATELY.
