Movers were on time and very friendly. They did show up in a small uhaul truck that did not fit all my belongings in it. I had to fill up my own car as well. I told them the items that needed to be moved and they quoted me $500. After they loaded up everything, they quoted me a new balance increased by $200. I had no choice but to pay them because they had all my items. They blamed it on it taking longer than they thought ( which it didn't) and extra fees that they did not tell me about up front. The used more supplies than needed (taping boxes that had already been taped) and took a long time to figure out how to fit everything in their small truck. When I complained they told me that there was nothing they could do "that's the way it is" are the exact words they used. I will never use this company again
