I was moving from Nevada to TX and I was told by Stephen that the items will be picked up on or before Sept 3rd . Never happened. I left Nevada since my job was transferred to RR Texas and it so happened everyday when I called it was the same responses, we are scheduling from Kyle, James and Marcus and Matthew. It does not appear as though anyone knows what they are doing at Colonial Vanlines. I finally found a vanline to move my things in less than 24hrs which Colonial was inept in doing and called back to cancel my order. That was Sept 13th 2011 and I still have not received my refund. You were quick to ask for a deposit and you should pay me asap.
I will not be recommending Colonial to anyone and will be taking this to a lawyer for damages.
