We regret to hear of your expressed displeasure in your recent interaction with our company in coordinating your relocation as well as the delay occurrences that may have caused any inconveniences. Unforeseen circumstances are liable to occur, given the nature of the moving industry, causing delays in pick up/delivery of your shipment. Our contracts are drafted with this in mind as stated in the Terms & Conditions included in the documentation you received during your booking process. All dates requested are estimates and are picked up and delivered within reasonable dispatch and reasonable time. We make every effort in performing our customers' moves within the requested moving dates as contracted and try to accommodate our customers despite circumstances that occur beyond our control but unfortunately at times our efforts prove futile. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

As our company believes in providing customers with the best possible services and ensuring that they are satisfied. Our records indicate that our office made contact and mutual resolution was determined. However there is no indication of the agreement being returned in acceptance of the settlement offer. We would like to speak with you in reference to this and any existing issues and concerns you may have.
