UNRELIABLE, POOR SERVICE,HORRIBLE - Moving Review

DO NOT GO WITH BIG BEN RELOCATION. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY CHEAP AND UNPROFESSIONAL DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. IT IS BETTER TO TAKE A UHAUL and drive ourself rather than trusting this company. YOU WILL FACE ISSUES RIGHT FROM THE TIME THEY ARRIVE. The estimate will be given to attract customer and at door they will say things to increase price. THEN once the stuff is on their truck its a big problem. They will never deliver on time. They wont answer the phone, give a proper reply. The stuff will reach either damaged or missing.. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM if you want some peace of mind
