usvl - Moving Review

This is a very bad company. I truly believe the attorney general should get involved with usvl.They have continually lied to us.I will not even go in to detail. Lied about p/u date, lied about delivery, lied about qoute. Now the cost to deliver is going to be 2 times the amout we were quoted at- can't afford.
We are getting DOT of Colorado Involved.

I did do my homework, I checked on bbb site, and saw usvl was in cleveland,OH & had no complaints. I was satisfied, but did not realize usvl in florida was on there and had so many complaints.

What really bothers me is there constant talk about what a valued customer I am.
They also like to hide behind the words of "God bless" I do not know how the employees of usvl can sleep at night knowing how they are screwing you over.

What goes around comes around.
