I chose Mayflower because of name and had confidence in their ability to complete a transaction in a professional manor. Their price was fair, they took longer to find a driver then we discussed, and when an date was agreed upon, the company then changed the date and pick up time...The pick up point was unavailable at the new timing. When I called Mike he went "OFF" and offered no help other then he told me no deposit return and he was not going to work on this shipment since he had re-scheduled without consultanting me, I feel he was in error, but refusing to work to correct the situation, he just wanted the deposit money and left me without any recourse, screw me in other words....Hmmmm my solution was to cancel my credit transaction and put it in contest....I'll see him in court in my ballpark so to speak....so my word of caution is "Mayflower Sucks"...and to you, I advise you to always pay by credit card and you can beat these crooks at their own game....let a judge decide the merits of the case....
