Very Dishonest - Moving Review

My experience was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The pick up was initiated a day early, delivery came in 3 days earlier than expected and the quote was off by over $1,600.00. The final estimate was given after business hours by the movers. The driver didn't weigh our load. We were told if we didn't pay in full on Saturday, that we would be charged $250.00 per day to hold our furniture. My employer told the sales man that they would pay the balance upon delivery. As my employer is closed on weekends, I had to pay the $2,500.00 balance out of pocket. The only positive out of the whole experience was that nothing was broken or damaged in the process. Next time I will rent my own truck, hire people to load and unload my furniture and save $2,000. All Star Movers are crooks!
