Very Horrible Experience ...
We hired this movers to move my home furniture from Charlotte , NC to Des monies , IOWA . The pickup date is on Sep 23 2011 and First delivery date is Sep 26 2011 . But til now I didn't get my furniture . When I contact the customer service . The only status they are providing " We dont have any delivery date yet " . This company is untrustworthy . Don't Spend money on this company . I estimated the total time around 2-3 days and I left all my luggage with them . Now I bought all the stuff again and I spent double the amount to buy all the home furniture at new place .

As the nature of the business is one that is vulnerable and prone to delay occurrences, estimated windows for pick up and delivery are provided. The agent is required to pick up and deliver the household goods within reasonable dispatch and reasonable time as per the contract signed in agreement upon hiring our company to coordinate moving services. Confirmed dates are determined 24-48 hours prior to pick up or delivery, by the driver's route and schedule which is prone to alteration at any given time. We regret that we were unable to deliver your goods according to the estimated windows supplied.
United States Van Lines apologizes for the delays occurring in delivery of your household goods as well as the losses incurred and the frustrations and inconveniences caused in duration of your relocation.
