Hi ,
 We have moved our household itemse from CT to OH. The pick up was good. But the delivery was very delay of about 15 days. The customer service is very bad. We really had a hard time to manage without our items. They are so sweet when they book orders but once it is done they are totally irresponsible. They didn't even say when they deliver our items. I'm specifically posting this review so that others should not suffer like us. It's like you spend money but you get a very bad service.
