Watch out for hidden costs and dishonesty - Moving Review

The initial contact was good, even friendly and helpful, but it went downhill from there.
When they arrived to pack the truck, everything had already been professionally packed and was ready to go. When they were done loading the truck we were informed that we were being charged an additional $1902. for packing supplies.
I wanted a guaranteed delivery date and paid an additional $1000 for this service. I asked multiple time what would happen if the they didn't deliver on time? Would my money be refunded? I was told over and over "don't even worry about that, there is no possible way that we won't deliver on tme, it just won't happen, they won't want to refund your money." Well, when it didn't happen, I was told to read the samll print on the back of the Bill of Lading (which you aren't given until after the truck is loaded and you've already paid for at least 50% of your move.) I didn't get a full refund, as I was lead to believe, I was told they only owed me $30/day.
Once everything was delivered and we finished unpacking we noticed that we were missing all of the electronic components. Many of our items were also covered in a red mystery liquid.
When I contacte the dispatcher about the issues, I was told to file a claim. They had their $5279. and could care less about any issues I had.
