What move? - Moving Review

I had a move scheduled for Father's Day morning between 8-9:30. One of the movers called me at 9:20 to say that they were getting gas and would be at the old place at 9:45. That was the last I heard from anyone for hours. I called the office several times, got the voicemail. I call the cell number that the guys called me from, and finally got an answer on the third call somewhere around, oh, 12:30. The guy that answered said they were broke down on the side of the road. I got some long song and dance about parts and it being hot and so on, to be completed with a "It's Father's Day, and I'm broke down on the highway."

Mr. Loves His Job said he'd talked to the office, and they should've called me. I *still* haven't heard from the office.

If they had called me when it happened, it would've been fine. And instead of an apology for the miscommunication, I got attitude for bothering them while they were working on the truck.

Don't use these guys. They're rude, there's zero communication, and they seem to think you're on their time. You know the old saying, you get what you pay for...spend the extra money and go with someone who knows what they're doing.
