I had an absolutely wonderful first experience. I believe my guy was named Matt?? Anyway, super nice and supportive. I own a business and was shipping goods from a show I attended. I needed the best price and was nervous about the weight. As soon as he verified it was what we thought, he gave me a courtesy call to put my mind at ease......the shipment was coming regardless, but he took the time to let me know what it would exactly cost me. Again, SUPER nice
