DONT USE THE GUYS!!!!
THEY ARE NOT SHIPPERS BUT BROKERS. THEY DONT DO VISUAL INSPECTIONS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD GOODS TO MAKE AN ATTRACTIVE PRICE. THEN THEY SEND A SUBCONTRACTOR COMPANY WHO DOESNT HONOR ANY AGREMENT MADE WITH THE CUSTOMER.
AFTER THE SALE, THEY DONT CONTACT YOU WHEN PROBLEMS OCCUR AND THEY PASS ALL RESPONSIBILITY TO THE COMPANY THEY USED AS A SUBCONTRACTOR. THIS IS MY 7TH MOVE AND THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST ONE BY A COUNTRY MILE. I HAD NEVER EVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE . IN FACT ALL 6 OF MY U S MILITARY MOVES WERE PERFECT. NOT EVEN A BROKEN ITEM.
THIS WAS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE, THEY VIOLATED THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE FOR WHICH WE AGREED TO WITH NEGIGHBORS MOVING AND THEY ALSO VIOLATED THE PAYMENT WITH THE COMPANY FOR WHICH WAS PAYING FOR MY MOVE. OF COURSE THEY DIDNT HONOR THE FIXED BINDING PRICE WHICH COST 6K MORE TO THE COMPANY. FURTHERMORE THEY SHOWED UP UNPREPARED TO TAKE ALL MY HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND THEN WE HAD TO CONTRACT WITH A THIRD SHIPPER TO GET ALMOST 10 K OF WEIGHT SHIPPED AFTER THREE MORE DAYS WAITING.
THIS WAS THE NIGHTMARE SCENARIO OF SHIPPERS...
