Worst company ever!! - Moving Review

I moved with perfection and had the worst and most terrifying experience of my life ! When I had called to schedule the move spoke with a young gentleman who was so nice and helpful, he gave me an hourly quote and assured me that the hourly rate would include everything! I couldn't believe it at first because the quote was much lower than other companies, but I went ahead and scheduled anyways. When the movers arrived they arrived an hour and half early, which left me starting the move unprepared and flustered. When I asked them to wait or come back during our scheduled time they told me that if they were to wait then I would be charged for that time, and if they were to leave then they wouldn't be coming back! So I was stuck starting the move early. As the move continued the men were re packing boxes I already packed and were retapping things that were already tapped and secured. When i asked again if I was going to Be charged for them doing the packing the foreman said "absolutely not" so I let them continue.by the time all my items were on the truck i realized that this was a common case of BAIT and SWITCH! My bill was almost triple what I was estimated! I refused to pay the bill and the foreman threatened to tAke alll my belongings unless I paid in full! I couldn't believe what I scam had been pulled into! I had no choice but to pay the criminals because i wanted and needed my stuff! When I tried calling the office to complain to a supervisor the person on the On the phone said there is no supervisor and that I need to pay in full or else I will never see my things again!!!!!! Iwas so horrified that I had to pay, I am in the process now of suing that criminal company and will do anything in my power to shut them down.!!!!! This is the worst experience I've had in my life and can't believe that these low life criminals are still in business!!! If you are moving do not use this company, they hold your stuff hostage and make you pay a ridiculous amount to get your own belongings!!!! This company is a complete scam!
