Worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service, never have any answers. Estimated delivery was 6-8 business days. They picked our stuff up on May 21.
Tried to charge us because driver could not pull his truck in front of our apartment building, and then tried to charge us for walking up 2 flights of stairs.
After our estimated delivery time, we never received our stuff. We called every day for 4 weeks to find an answer. They either put us on hold, or told us they'd call back. They never called back. They were very rude on the phone, and when asked to speak to a manager for the second time, John told us that his manager Charlie had better things to deal with. Every time we spoke to John or Victor, they would tell us our stuff would arrive in 2-3 days, or the truck broke down, etc. It took them 43 days to deliver our stuff. We had to live in a hotel room for 5 1/2 weeks, in which John said they would not be able to reimburse us for. We then received our stuff July 3. Boxes were wet and damaged. We had lamps broken, and desks and tables scratched.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!
