WORST COMPANY EVER - Moving Review

Please stay away.  At first they were great but once they get your deposit all hell breaks loose.  They told me they would price match, wasnt done.  They convinced me to choose them because they were not a broker- they hired another company to move my stuff.  They charged me a binding not to exceed cost fee of over $700 telling me i would not have to pay more then the estimated cost- but then tell me i have to pay $600 more.  The drivers arrived with a ghetto truck completely covered in grafitti then made horrible comments about our stuff being gross, they took things from the do not load pile, they tried to charge me to wrap mirrors and TVs which were part of the contract price.  I asked for delivery via email and received a confirmation for a specific date and they tried to deliver sooner then tried to charge me a redelivery/storage fee.  Their one positive is they admitted to this error and waived this $650 fee.  Then the delivery had to be postponed because of the extra $600 charge that i was not prepared for.  Delivery was to be on 3/30.  I sent an email and called and left a message confirming the 3/30 delivery.  3/30 rolls around and still no stuff.  I finally reach someone and they tell me it would not be until after 4/4 because the drivers were on another delivery.  4/4 rolls around and no stuff, i call back and am told between 4/11 and 4/15.  At this point i need a date so i can try to get the day off work.  They say they'll call me back with a date but of course they do not.  I call back today and now they say delivery between 4/16 and 4/21   this is now nearly two months they have had my items.   Please people, stay away from this company.  They do not care about their customers at all.  once they have your NON REFUNDABLE deposit you are no longer important to them.   They charge you a not to exceed binding estimate fee but then exceed the costs...and no i did not add on a bunch of items, we actually left behind a washer, dryer and computer desk so the weight should have been less not more.   I am now contacting a lawyer, bbb, and media.  WORST company EVER.  Love their cookie cutter/copy & paste responses to their reviews too :(
